For an organization ready to implement MPS but struggling with managing and accelerating the MPS sales process. Training will equip each level of an organization with the tools they need to sell MPS.
Participants will walk through each step of the sales process to learn aspects unique to selling an MPS program such as:
- Building a business case for MPS via customer presentation
- Assessing the print fleet
- Elements to include in an MPS executive summary
- How to build the numbers for deals
The 2-day workshop will include lectures and student exercises as well as a pre-reading exercise and post course written exam. Each participant will leave with an implementation tool kit, a personal action plan and implementation assignments that are required to be completed prior to enrollment in the follow-up advanced training.

MPS Sales 201: Advanced MPS Deal Crafting, Case Study and Best Practices Sharing
1-day workshop for experienced reps only

For an organization that has been through MPS sales process training and has some deals both won and lost to reference. Participants will work through a pre-grounding exercise before the workshop. Each must provide one successful MPS proposal and two unsuccessful proposals to seminar leaders prior to the event. This one-day workshop will be highly interactive. Leaders will facilitate discussion and exercises, then participants will work through actual scenarios and present their work to peers to be analyzed.
